Detlef Hulverscheidt

CEO & CHAIRMAN

Expert in strategic consulting and re-aligning business focuses as well as in shaping start-ups.

Detlef has a proven record in scaling and raising capital for innovative enterprises in software and technology as well as packaging and machinery companies. His leading sales positions at L’Oréal are a foundation to connect views outside the corporate environment.

His hands-on approach combined with his extensive international network and his own investments have been invaluable for a number of companies.

He currently serves on the board of the GBC, Alpinplast, Smylor, and Orange Corrugated covering the latest IT, plastic, and paper industries.

Detlef has two master’s degrees in business administration and general economics and has published several articles on sustainability and supply chains.

Co-CEO & CFO

With a profound accounting background in responsible positions in the pharmaceutical industries such as Actavis and Xantis, Oliver has extensive experience with business models up to a very large scale.

Oliver´s analytical expertise is highly valued and has been of significant relevance, especially in Due Diligence and restructuring processes.

Oliver currently serves several board positions.

Expert in conducting state-of-the-art digital marketing environments from concept to execution – from funnel to data tracking.

Stephen leads our development team and has proven records of implementing sophisticated systems including SaaS applications within small to large companies from Small Office Home Office (SoHo) businesses to larger companies with 500+ customers.

Furthermore, Stephen has strong skills in innovative IT structures including marketplaces.

He also has a degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering and is currently on several board positions and holds several investments.

Hansruedi has decades of experience in mediation, restructuring, and re-financing businesses.

Many times restructuring processes imply a relaunch with new strategies, and Luka is a master of enabling new strategies to have the right appearance.

With his vast experience through Little Captain LLC design studio, Luka has developed skills to perfectly display decisive elements both in conservative and new-age business environments (such as Fintech and Web3 startups), in many of which he has been the lead designer.

He directs the graphics and front end, develops brand identity, and handles complete design tasks, which are often indispensable for business projects to succeed.
